As a Woman-Owned and California Certified Small Business Enterprise, our team consists of California and Washington State Professionally Licensed Engineers, Commissioning Authority and LEED accredited professionals. Our portfolio spans over two decades of experience in major building markets, including public and private commercial, education, government, healthcare, residential and transportation. We are a multidisciplinary firm, known for our visionary sustainable design and breakthrough engineering solutions. We believe that great design comes from an integrated approach starting at the inception of design. Our LEED accredited staff partners with architects, developers, general contractors, property management companies and owners to organize and lead sustainable work sessions involving all stakeholders to develop and prioritize the project’s sustainability goals and strategies. We recognize the benefits of alternative project delivery methods and we are experienced and strong supporters of Design-Assist and Design-Build projects which provides a solid value to our clients.
