Our pizzas are a mix of Neapolitan and classic New York style, to create our unique Pacific Northwest sourdough pizza. Chewy but crunchy crust. Local grapes were used to create our sourdough starter. We focus on getting our ingredients from local farms, purveyors, and foragers. Our pizza is meant to be distinctive yet approachable with a crust that is all its own.
