Bar Diane

Bar Diane is a natural wine bar & kitchen that opened in 2019. Located down an alley in Portland’s Northwest District, Bar Diane is an homage to the cosmopolitan café, Parisian drinking culture and the dinner party. It’s all about champagne, spontaneous fermentation, sustainable viticulture, volcanic soil, skin contact and most things sparkling. We like to think of it as technique, terroir and je ne sais quoi. Technique and terroir extends to our nightly menu. From house staples to seasonality our kitchen has a clever and playful approach to light drinking snacks and the more substantial. We utilize sustainable ingredients and implement global techniques. We also take spritzes, apéritifs and martinis seriously. But most of all, we look forward to spending the evening with you.
