Beauty Lab + Laser is the brainchild of Heather Gay and Andrea Robinson, commonly known as 'Dreather.' As bootstrapping entrepreneurs and best of friends, they wanted to build a cosmetic medical practice with all the best and no BS! Frustrated with the mystery and misogyny inherent in peddling ‘self-improvement,’ Dreather set out to create a space where customers feel seen, heard, and valued. Three basic human needs that are all too often missing in the medical industry are addressed here.
