bike works by p:ear is a social purpose enterprise bike shop managed by the nonprofit p:ear. In addition to providing high quality bike repair, bike works by p:ear builds pathways for youth, ages 15-25, to end their homelessness and begin the journey out of poverty by providing meaningful job training opportunities and continuing bike mechanic education.
