Cascade Contracting
Making the Northwest a more beautiful place, one project at a time
Cascade Contracting was formed in 2000 by Dennis Morrison and Adam Reed. Everyone said not to go into business with your best friend but for these guys it worked. In the early years the two of use built decks and fences together. As we grew into remodeling we began to hire craftsman with a higher set of carpentry skills. Adam moved into the office roll and Dennis ran the crew. We moved into our first shop in Multnomah Village in 2005. Seeing the need to add a custom cabinet shop we quickly outgrew the space. In 2006 we found a new home on Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy. In 2008 an opportunity opened up on Macadam in Johns Landing. The exposure and room to spread our wings has been a great foundation for the company. We have a unique dedication to our clients that is not paralleled by many contractors. We understand that remodeling can be a disruptive and challenging event for clients to go through. We try to curb those fears by communicating with the clients every step of the way. Most of our employees have worked for us for more than 5 years. Having a contractor invade your house everyday for sometimes multiple months can be a challenge. We have longtime relationships with our subcontractors and many of them are the actual proprietor of the business. Seeing the same faces and knowing you have the owner of the business onsite can be very comforting. All our employees and subcontractors are polite and very personable. We routinely are told by the client and the end of a project that they are going to miss seeing the guys every day. Cascade Contracting does very little advertising. 90% of our business comes directly from word of mouth and referrals from past clients. We know our advertising will come from the quality of our work and thus we put every effort into each project to ensure that everyone who sees it is impressed by the detail and craftsmanship they see. We look forward to hearing from you about your potential project and being able to show.
