French prix fixe dining in Portland
Coq au Vin is an intimate restaurant experience where each service centers a seasonal, multi-course prix fixe menu, driven by the seasonality of our Sea Breeze Farm ingredients. Our farm and family, Sea Breeze Farm, was founded in 1999 by George Page; Rose Allred joined the operation in 2012. We are grass-pastured livestock farmers, artisan butchers, and chef-restaurateurs. We practice regenerative, rotational pasturing—raising animals with respect and bringing that work to the table at Coq au Vin and sharing the broader story through Farm Stories. Visit us at 938 North Cook Street, Portland, Oregon.
