Ecru is owned by LeAnn Dolan who lives in Portland, Oregon. LeAnn was born in Oregon and her roots run deep here and as a shop keep. Her Grandfather, Ellis Dolan, owned and operated Dolan Serfling General Store in Gardiner, Oregon beginning in the 1930’s and she continues the tradition with her own shop since 2006.
