Element Product Design

Founded in 2005 by Sascha M. Retailleau, Element Product Design specializes in taking existing customer designs and optimizing them for manufacturing. Our team works from concept through to production, including all mechanical and electrical engineering, industrial design, and design for manufacturing as required. We have designed tens of successful products and hundreds of parts for those products. Our studio is located in San Francisco, where we collaborate with a variety of seasoned mechanical and electrical engineers. We prefer to work in physical proximity with our clients at least part-time to speed the flow of information and decisions. Our extensive experience includes various prototyping techniques and low- to high-volume production processes. Our teams are flexible, adjusting project staffing to match product development needs, ensuring we deliver elegant solutions to complex engineering challenges.
