Glow SLC

Glow SLC is a sauna and bathhouse that offers an experience that is truly unique to Utah. We provide a cleansing and rejuvenating space where you can follow a traditional ritual for known health benefits or self-guide after your initial cleanse. Our facilities include a sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, and warm pool, complemented by regular yoga, sound journeys, breathwork, meditation, and Pilates classes. We are committed to curating experiences that promote restoration and reinvigoration. Founded by Camille and Kate, Glow SLC emerged from a vision to create a space for authentic, inclusive, and restorative experiences. After two years of planning and building, we opened our doors on August 13, 2024. Our mission is to provide a fresh take on finding calm through connection, ensuring that every visitor feels comfortable, centered, and seen.
