They established Hip Chicks do Wine in SE Portland in 1999 and opened their tasting room doors in 2001. The winery produces 1,500-2,000 cases of wine annually, offering a variety of wines made from grapes like Pinot Gris, Roussanne, and Cabernet Sauvignon. The winery aims to make wine fun and approachable, with a catchy name that reflects their mission. They invite guests to enjoy their tasting room and participate in various events, making it a vibrant part of the Portland wine scene.
