Welcome to Hopworks Brewery, where exceptional beer meets sustainability! Our 20-barrel brewery is fueled by locally-sourced, organic, and Salmon-Safe hops, delivering an impressive 10,000 barrels of beer each year. From our brewpub and airport location to distribution throughout Cascadia and beyond, we bring our flavorful creations to beer enthusiasts across the United States. Hopworks is a family-owned B Corp brewery founded in Portland, Oregon in 2007 by Christian and Brandie Ettinger. Our goal was simple: combine world-class beer and food together in a cool space and operate as sustainably as possible. Now, fifteen years later, our kids are in high school, and Hopworks continues to brew the delicious beer that remains at the center of everything we do.
