Ice Queen was founded in 2018 by Rebecca Smith with a simple goal: to bring handcrafted, plant-based paletas to the heart of Portland. What started with just a foldable table, a pink Yeti cooler, and a lot of passion has grown into a cherished fixture in the vibrant Hosford-Abernethy neighborhood, near Ladd's Addition. Our paletas are made by hand, with love and care, using only the finest plant-based ingredients.
