In 1993, the café separated from the box lunch and catering department, leading to the establishment of Ingallina’s Box Lunch, Inc. in a larger facility designed specifically for catering. They pride themselves on making most items from scratch, including breads and meats, ensuring fresh and delicious food for their customers.
