Over the past 20 years, I have witnessed the effects of un-metabolized trauma in the bodies and spirits of my patients. I notice how it shows up for people in guardedness in their body, edginess in their nervous system, and reactivity in their relationships. Uniquely suited to working with orthopedic issues, this style of acupuncture assesses and treats the holding patterns in your body to help with your pain and dysfunction, through the lens of East Asian medicine.
