Inspired by her younger sister who couldn’t have dairy, Kate began making plant-based ice cream in 2014. She founded Kate’s with one goal in mind: ice cream for everyone. Kate’s Ice Cream aims to provide access to plant-based and gluten-free desserts to all, regardless of dietary restrictions. At Kate’s, we value making great ice cream by working with local makers and farmers. We hope these flavors change the way you think about ice cream and inspire you to share them with everyone. Kate’s Ice Cream is made using organic coconut milk and is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. We focus on collaborations with local, woman, and minority owned businesses and use fresh seasonal produce from Pacific Northwest farms - all with the goal of making the absolute best ice cream.
