We import ingredients directly from Japan when necessary to ensure authenticity. Our mission is to provide the most authentic Japanese dining experience outside of Japan through quality, service, and value. Expanding rapidly in the United States, Taiwan, and Australia, we aim to spread the appreciation of Japanese ramen throughout the world.
