With a knack for distilling complex new technologies into iconic consumer products, our team is built on a fundamental belief in the power of design. level was founded by Creative Director Nichole Rouillac, whose career began at the acclaimed studio One & Co and evolved further as Associate Creative Director at HTC, where she helped design and launch globally recognized products. Our studio runs on collaboration, what we call the Open Kitchen, inviting clients into our process to spark better ideas, faster decision-making, and products that feel intentional at every touchpoint.
