All our Meats are cooked for the day on an offset smoker using oak wood. While we often keep our posted hours, we do sell out of our most popular items so don’t be surprised if you can’t get brisket late on a Saturday. We also do drop off or pick up catering. Come check out Matt’s BBQ tacos at the hinterlands cart pod and bar on se 50th ave, or on Alberta Street inside Great Notion Brewery. It’s the same great BBQ served on lard infused flour tortillas that are pressed to order. Like thai? Check out Eem on Williams Ave. Curries and other Thai dishes served with Matt’s BBQ brisket, pork belly and others. The cocktails are also really good.
