Mirisata
Plant-Based. Worker-Owned. Authentic Sri Lankan Cuisine
Founded in summer of 2020, Mirisata began as a takeout-only pop-up before officially opening its restaurant in October of the same year. As Oregon’s first Sri Lankan restaurant, we strive to provide an authentic experience while adhering to our vegan ethos. Our menu features a variety of daily specials and signature dishes, all bursting with flavor. We are proud to be a worker-owned cooperative, with ten members collaborating to create delicious meals that reflect our cultural heritage. Our commitment to quality and community has earned us recognition as the Best South Asian Restaurant in the Willamette Week’s Best of Portland 2025. We offer both indoor and outdoor dining, as well as takeout options. At Mirisata, we believe in sharing the joy of food and the importance of a cooperative model, where every worker is also an owner, ensuring a unique and engaging dining experience.
