Portland’s Mattarello Rolled Pasta
Pastificio d’Oro was started in 2020 as a passion project for the craft of handmade pasta and in 2021 we began our pop-up dinner service. All of our pastas are crafted using only a mattarello (a very long rolling pin) and traditional tools, ensuring that no pasta goes through machinery. This honors centuries-old traditions and elevates quality. Our mission is to bring authentic, delicious, and comforting Italian cuisine to Portland, featuring a bi-weekly rotation of rich handmade pastas, antipasti, rustic desserts, and a thoughtful wine selection. We prioritize using local ingredients and high-quality imported Italian products.
