I have been in private practice since 2012 and have been a Telehealth practitioner since 2020. I work with female identified folks ages 18 and up, and am LGBTQ+ affirming. My fee is $195 for a 60 minute session and $160 for 45 minute sessions, with a sliding scale available on a case-by-case basis. I apply various therapeutic techniques including Trauma-Informed Stabilization Tx, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Art Therapy, among others. My work addresses trauma history and C-PTSD diagnosis, helping clients regain their authentic voice and focus on healing through self-compassion.
