I'm a registered nurse with certifications in laser therapy, Morpheus8, and injectables. I started my career in labor and delivery, which taught me how to create safe spaces where women feel heard and supported. A few years ago, I opened Precision Laser for laser hair removal - something that fit around my kids' schedules. But clients kept asking questions about their skin, aging, and treatments they didn't understand. So I kept learning. I added facials, chemical peels, Morpheus8, and we became Reflection Theory. My approach hasn't changed though - I take time to explain what's happening with your skin and why certain treatments work, so you can make informed decisions about your care.

Esthetician

Noa is a licensed esthetician with over six years of experience in medical and holistic skincare. She's worked alongside dermatology-minded teams and boutique skin studios across metro Detroit, building a deep toolkit in facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser treatments. Her training spans a wide range of modalities — from HydraFacials, microchanneling, and radiofrequency to specialized acne protocols and gentle, pregnancy-safe facials she developed for new and expecting mothers. That range means she can meet your skin where it is, whether you're navigating breakouts, texture, sensitivity, or just want a thoughtful reset. Clients describe Noa as calm, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping them understand their skin. She believes good skincare starts with good information — and she'll always take the time to explain what she's doing and why.

Dr. Rodolfo Farhy, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Farhy is our medical director, providing expert oversight for all treatments at Reflection Theory. With over 30 years as a cardiologist and vascular surgeon, he brings deep medical knowledge that ensures safety and efficacy in everything we do. He's board certified in cardiovascular diseases, nuclear cardiology, and venous and lymphatic medicine. While he doesn't see clients directly at the medspa, he provides medical consultation and ensures our treatments meet the highest standards of care. His approach aligns with ours - he believes in taking time to understand individual needs and providing education alongside expertise.
