Vega Vitality was founded in Boston’s Back Bay on April 8, 2015, by Ashley Hilmes, NP, who transitioned from the ICU at Massachusetts General Hospital to create a space for care beyond crisis. What began as a Medspa focused on aesthetics quickly grew into a multidimensional wellness practice—because true vitality requires more than skin-deep solutions. Over the past decade, Vega has evolved alongside its patients, expanding services to include injectables, facials, body treatments, and lasers, as well as holistic wellness, internal medicine, weight management, and advanced medical technologies. Our approach blends the clinical with the emotional: we care for how you look, but also how you feel, function, and connect with yourself. Today, Vega is more than a Medspa— we are a community dedicated to confidence, vitality, and whole-body wellness.
