Our Sushi represents a modern twist to the culinary traditional Sushi. This is accomplished by creating unique recipes that utilize ingredients not typically associated with sushi. We serve delicious sushi with visual flair. One look at the vibrant color combinations and arrangements invokes a sense that you are bringing home a meal that is nothing short of gourmet. Feeling constrained by expensive, time-consuming sit-down sushi restaurants and the lack of quality sushi from the supermarket, I created restaurant-quality sushi from SUSHI cart at Happy Valley Station and Wasabi Sushi PDX was born. Now with 4 locations in the Portland area, one location in Camas and one location in Seattle, we are hoping to be your new favorite Neighborhood Sushi spot.
