Rooted in German baking traditions, our mission is to create exceptional, high-quality breads and pastries. We source grains grown and milled locally from regenerative farms practicing sustainable agriculture to craft naturally fermented whole grain breads. Baked slowly and shared locally, our breads are made thoughtfully with the health of our community in mind. From grain to community, we foster meaningful connections between people.
